Pros

Working at Wired Relations was a great experience. I learned a lot about the intersection of technical knowledge and law in GDPR, privacy, and information technology, and also about sales and operating a SaaS startup. People at Wired Relations are friendly and a lot of my former colleagues, I still keep in touch with today.

Cons

There was a bit of misalignment and disagreement internally about how certain things should be done in my department. At times, more management and oversight could have been needed. But differences smoothed out over time, and overall I learned a lot from the interal discussions.

Pros

Wired Relations gives a lot of flexibility to it's employees to find the best suited way to preform ones tasks and at the same time makes the employees accountable for those choices.

Cons

Wired Relations isn't geared for a remote work culture in the commercial departments.

Pros

To start my review. I do not recognise those two first reviews of this organisation. It is important to become a part of an organisation where their values and growth journey fits your own interests. When you work in Wired Relations you become a central figure in the development of the growth the company are going through, and your thoughts and actions matters in every sense. The culture at Wired Relations is blooming and you become a part of developing the direction of the environment you think could be nice. So if you love to learn and being able to provide your knowledge, Wired Relations is the place to be.

Cons

When you work in a startup there will always be days where you go home, and feel frustrated. That’s a part of the game, and it’s the same feeling which gives you the eager to keep continuing. I have no cons directly toward Wired Relations, because it is an organisation where you are able to remove and/or work with the cons that appear along the way.
