      Pros

      Great work culture and flexibility. The staff realises we work to live vs live to work. Everyday looks different and there’s never a dull moment. It’s constantly challenging you to adapt to change and growth.

      Cons

      Sometimes the team events revolve around alcohol and this feels not very inclusive especially to those that do not drink.

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility and freedom to work on different projects and processes. The company is small but growing fast so there will be loads of opportunity for professional growth and development.

      Cons

      None yet. Everyone has been really great to work with. Even members from other teams try to be helpful when you have questions, and you can go to anyone without feeling like you’re crossing a hierarchy.
