I saw talented individuals leave or stagnate despite strong contributions. - Certain teams felt cliquey, which could make it difficult for dissenting views or constructive challenge to be received positively. - Feedback occasionally felt personal rather than developmental, creating an environment where some employees may feel less comfortable speaking openly. - As the company has grown, some employee benefits and perks appear to have become less generous than they were previously. - Expectations were often extremely high, and workloads could feel difficult to sustain over long periods. 1 The pace and pressure may not be suitable for everyone, particularly those who place a high priority on work-life balance. -I observed colleagues experiencing significant stress, and I believe the environment can present wellbeing challenges for some individuals.
