Pros
Provide breakfast and a basic gym in the Hungarian office.
Cons
I went though a hard interview process, and then I was offered the role, which I accepted. One month into my probation period I was fired. The reason being was that I failed some knowledge tests by 3-5%. Pretty lame reason to hire and then fire someone. Especially where the trainer Daniel Szel mentioned and clearly stated to us in training that the knowledge tests would not be taken into account. I felt betrayed by this company. The information that they throw at you is immense. I was leaving the training sessions, feeling completely overwhelmed and wondering what it all meant. It was all very confusing and felt stressed about the clear workload and demand they expect. They are also exploiting people in Budapest by offering really basic money to speak and communicate in English. It is not worth the stress in my humble opinion. I don’t think it would be a WISE move to join this company.
