Pros

- Great coworkers, healthy work environment, healthy office snacks, catered lunch is great, free charging, good health benefits, free flight lessons... - Support for training! Thank you for being willing to fund endeavors for your engineers to grow. Developing certifiable solutions from the ground up is not easy, good training is great for everyone! - Challenging problems. There are plenty of difficult tasks to take on.

Cons

I don't have any cons to list. Only thing worth mentioning is that long time employees all seem to share the opinion that the company used to be more exceptional.
