Free advice..leni hai to lo warna jaane do. 1. Interviews are taken like product based companies. 2. For client interviews they'll give you the questions that client asks so that you can get onboarded. Might be good for you and the company but doesn't seem right ethics to me. 3. Client is everything, you have very less value. 4. You can't choose to go to a different project/client if you dont like it (Maybe this just happened in my case since i was not at a big position) 5. Daily scrum calls are the real pain, not because they occur daily but when your manager/senior shouts at you on a daily basis almost (even for little things) it take away your peace. 6. If anything happens to your laptop, company will not take care of it and you'll have to pay from your own pocket. 7. Other projects might be good but the one i was in wasn't. They'll say you're a java engineer and work on good things but all you'll get is to write testcases for clients unless you are at a high position. 8. Only got around 2.5% raise, the max in my client space that i got to know was around 5% (Even for those who worked a lot). 9. HR will only listen to your seniors and dont expect any help from them. They are there to make sure you dont get offboarded from client so that company keeps making money.(speaking from my experience) Would not recommend joining this company unless you really have no other option.
