Wissen technology management is going downhill with regards to their culture and how they treat their fellow employees. No salary if you are on bench(which is pathetic !!!!), no notice period when you are not in client project, they will fire you like within a week and pay you only till last working day. Leaves are not carried forward neither they can be encashed. Wissen doesn't allow their employees to take sick/ casual leaves, you can only take 10 earned leaves per year(remaining leaves cannot be encashed or carried forward). wissen will not allow their employees to work from home even during festival times where as full time employees in client location doesnt even come to office. When you quit HR's and ED's from wissen go into threatening mode, they threaten you through out your notice period sigting that they will give negative feedback in experience letter, no full and final settlement, if you question they again threaten their employees. Some ex employees are planning to fight against wissen in labour court. To simply put WISSEN TECHNOLOGY is formed with only intention of making money for its founders, that's all, there is no policy, culture or anything of that sort that are in place. they treat their employees very badly. I would personally say WISSEN was a mistake in my life.

All the bad reviews you see here are really TRUE. I really encourage candidates to talk to ex Wissen employees and know the reality. Really urge you to do that. All good reviews that you see here are from Managers who generally have a good WLB at the expense of torturing Juniors. Salary - you are literally paid 1/4th of what the direct employees of your client get. That basically means Wissen keeps 3/4th. Career - Totally depends on the client. But the thing is you work as a consultant there. So there is a high probability you will get some bad work. This really is true across consultancies. Please ask a consultant. Hike - it's negligible. The funny thing is they include Retention Bonus as part of the Hike. I mean there is absolutely no logic to it. Notice Period - 90 days is tooooo much. They will torture you. You can judge a company by how they treat employees that leave. So many of my colleagues who left Wissen told their horror stories. I too am scared to resign now. If you are still not convinced. Please speak to ex-Wissen employees to get more clarity. I realised this the hard way, you don't have to.
