Everything is late and slow over here,if you are serious about your career never join this organisation,Infact in 2019 police raided this place as they were caught running an illegal US scam process. Salary- When I joined this company salary was always coming on 1st week of every month slowly and gradually it came down to 10th of every month and now salary is coming on 20th of every month and sometimes 21 as week PF contribution - I didn't got my pf amount from 2019 this is the current scenario. There were multiple process runs in the building but everything is closed now except one process which is xln telecom.So if you just want salary and no growth and late late late salary you can join this company.No opportunity no growth an employee who is serving this organisation since 2014 is still in the same old designation when he started so no scope for growth.
