      Pros

      Nothing. Management can play dirty games with the employees very well. Something to learn.

      Cons

      You wont ever get any proper documents. The company is entirely a scam. Employee management is pathetic. No surity about appointment letter or confirmation letter, if you resign, then you wont get the release letter.
