Pros

Wizeline is the best company I've worked so far. I've been working at Wizeline for more that a year and my experience is very positive. You get to work in such amazing projects that require the direct interaction with different departments such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and also you work directly with the client. That gives you a lot of communication experience. You can also work with cutting-edge technologies such as Amazon Alexa to develop skills that impact directly to millions of users. The most amazing thing about Wizeline is that if you don't know a technology in a project they help you learn it so you have a comprehensive experience. Also, they give you the freedom to learn new things and work on side projects that help you build your career.

Cons

Since is a fast growing company, somethings will be overlook but don't let that slow you down. I don't have any problems with the rate of growth the company has. Actually that helps me to learn new things around working at a startup.

As a fast-moving company, priorities can shift quickly—great for those who thrive in dynamic environments, but may require adaptability. The pace of work is high, which can be challenging but also presents great learning and career acceleration opportunities.

Pros

For the most part, I had a good experience at Wizeline. The experience depends heavily on the client you are assigned to, but I was fortunate to work with great people and had a lot of fun, especially during my first few years at the company.

Cons

I believe that offering benefits beyond what is legally required reflects a company’s culture and the value it places on its employees. When my contract was terminated (after seven years ), no severance was offered, as this is not legally required in the U.S. This led me to reflect on how other non-mandated benefits are handled; for example, paid maternity leave is also not legally required, which raised questions for me about whether it would be supported if needed.
