Pros
- lots of room to apply your ideas and work with talented people - access to the whole org to get advice. you can openly talk to the CEO, CTO, etc.. and get advice or ping pong ideas - many things to do since this is a startup both for customers and for cowokers - certifications/ training. wizeline invests ALOT on your if you are willing to put the effort - collaboration - you dont get stuck working for 1 customer
Cons
(Disclamer this is 100% my personal opinion) this section I will write for people who have never worked in a startup before. Many of these are things that are work in progress and you can help make better. - Processes and policies are not always defined or change soon. - Company goals/ will change rapidly, due to incoming opportunities to make the company grow , - You need to speak up, if you want something to change you will need to speak up and/or initiate the change 99% of the time you will get a change towards improvement of that "thing" you didn't like - Your growth depends on you. Wizeline helps set the environment but you have to take advantage of it( not a lot of hand holding to get you where you want to be) - When working with a customer 100% of the time you sometimes feel you like you dont contribute as much to the company growth
