Pros
At the time of interview, I was told many pros of WIZNI by HR and by the technical head who interviewed me. All that sounded so good that I was forced to think that it might be a trap. Yet, I decided to join and yes, whatever they said, it all was true. > Work life balance is too good. Hardly anybody stays after 6pm in the office. > You get to work as per your comfortable hours. All they care about is 'Work is done'. > It is a good opportunity in terms of learning as well. Also, all technologies being used here are latest and trending in market. > If you are meeting their expectations, you will be paid off. Compensation and benefits are also very good. Unlike, other major companies where you are rewarded only if you are exceeding expectations and not just meeting expectations. > Lastly, company is very very employee friendly. All the company policies are too employee friendly.

Really happy working with the company, don't see any cons.
