1. No Work Life Balance: Upper Management call you even on weekends and ask you to work. 2. Fake Promises for Onsite Opportunities: They give fake promises to many employees for onsite opportunities. 3. No Job Security: They hired folks when they got new project, and fired then on the end of project. No sustainable business model, has become a hire and fire company. 4. Fake Reviews: Most of reviews are fake, you can notice that most of reviews are on same date or same period. 5. They have office politics in upper management level. If something is being discussed with management, some of the people are so immature that they passed on that discussion to my peers which wasn't really required. If I am having a 1-2-1 with a manager, it is supposed to be with the manager or should go to higher management and is not supposed to be circulated amongst my peers or people who are not related to it. 6. They sucked my complete bonus for the last year, which was part of MY CTC only. 7. Management simply can't juxtapose between right and wrong. They promoted the person who was actually responsible for company's downfall whereas the truly contributing and honest employees have been shown the door.
