Thank you for the feedback and taking the time to let us know how you feel. I truly feel everyone is entitled to their own opinion however there is also always two sides to every story. Anyone who knows me would know I do not yell and will typically be the quietest guy in the room. With the clients we serve we do hold a significant amount of responsibility to ensure things are done in accordance with our company standards and proven processes, this will always be a priority for our company and a tool on how we measure performance when needed. Over the years we have had three technicians leave our company and one of those returned a short month later, leaving the others who were ask to leave for various reasons. We will take your input into consideration and continue to improve our approach to holding our employees to a level of standards that meets our client’s expectations while encouraging them to grow personally and professionally.
