Pros

Nothing positive about this company.

Cons

The owner is a bad person that yells at you anytime he feels like it. He will find ways to make you feel inferior and break the morale of the techs. He is just an overall jerk and working there will just have you depressed and unhealthy. The positive comments are clearly written by him and not by real techs because there has not been a single tech that has been happy there. The one tech that worked there the longest recently quit because he couldn't take it anymore.

Thank you for the feedback and taking the time to let us know how you feel. I truly feel everyone is entitled to their own opinion however there is also always two sides to every story. Anyone who knows me would know I do not yell and will typically be the quietest guy in the room. With the clients we serve we do hold a significant amount of responsibility to ensure things are done in accordance with our company standards and proven processes, this will always be a priority for our company and a tool on how we measure performance when needed. Over the years we have had three technicians leave our company and one of those returned a short month later, leaving the others who were ask to leave for various reasons. We will take your input into consideration and continue to improve our approach to holding our employees to a level of standards that meets our client’s expectations while encouraging them to grow personally and professionally. Pros

None of I had to say something other employees are friendly and hardworking despite the cons of the work environment

Cons

Very poor management, not honest and rarely keeps there word. And e left the owner to revoke any requested days off the week prior no matter how far in advance the days are approved off.

Amazingly Challenging - Not for the Weak

Pros

Amazing co-workers and a very fun environment! You will be challenged on a daily basis with a wide variety of technical issues. I like that you get cake on your birthday. :-) I enjoy a fast paced job where you get to help others every day so this is the place for me. I also love that I get to learn something new everyday instead of a "same old same old " workday every day! The company is flexible if you need to take care of something during the day you are able to do so without being docked pay. Every effort has always been made to allow for time off.

Cons

It is a high stakes job and the owner calls it like it is which some cannot handle. There is little or no room for mistakes since fortunes can be lost with the wrong decision in the tech industry. I have seen some dishonest employees but you see that at any job. There is an after hours rotation but then again it is a tech support company.
