- politics EVERYWHERE
- don't promote hard-working people, unless they kiss up to upper management
- took away 401k matching for all employees because we "didn't have the money" yet make poor financial decisions like buying siggi yogurt to stock the fridge, throwing employee parties, and paying for everyone's private ubers to new jersey office
- basically one rich guy's pet project - not a real business
- no diversity in corporate. can count number of non-white corporate employees on two hands. most of them leave or are fired/laid off
- ceo makes horrible business decisions and everyone has to deal with the consequences
- in many cases, one person is working 2-3 people's jobs and has to work from 9am-11pm consistently + be online on weekends answering urgent requests or at least working on monday deadlines
- managers have no time to mange, or training on how to manage because they are constantly overworked and stressed
- fake values upheld by hr, no one actually follows them (including upper management themselves)
- hr does not do anything to help the situation. just wants to make itself look good
