Awesome people, great product to work on, big name clients to pad your portfolio with. A lot of time and thought went into making the culture and work environment authentic, and hiring people that "fit".
Cons
A lot of really awesome ideas floating around, team never got large enough to manage production work in addition to additional projects without a considerable amount of "after hours" work (standard start-up stuff). After a while
