absolutely no training whatsoever, good luck getting help from other employees, tons of off hour work late at night and weekends, two faced employees and management who will tell you one thing to your face and talk smack behind your back.
Awesome people, great product to work on, big name clients to pad your portfolio with. A lot of time and thought went into making the culture and work environment authentic, and hiring people that "fit".
