ChatGPT is great, but Wonderist uses AI in completely different ways that make me feel like I'm extremely far ahead of most in terms of utilizing the technology daily in new and exciting ways. If you want to carve your own path, this is the place. New roles emerge frequently (based on need) meaning if you perform at a high level, there will be opportunity for you. You're trusted to own your work and try new approaches. The founders understand that people power this business. They don't just say it, they prove it all the time. Our Culture Manager regularly surveys the team, and leadership actually implements changes based on that feedback. You're measured on outcomes, not hours logged or busy work. If you care about producing quality work for clients and driving real results, you'll thrive here.

The autonomy is real, which means you need to be comfortable figuring things out independently. If you need constant direction or struggle with shifting priorities, this probably isn't your fit.
