Micromanagement hampers independence and focus at work - Prefer Not to State Woodward Employee Review

1. Super micromanagement and HOD did not admit what she advised me ! Eg: Ask me get approval before do any action said im still new, but in my personal report mentioned i no able to work independence?? 2. HOD requests me chitchat with my senior?? But im busy and focus on my work, how and why i supposed to chat with my senior??(i know he is very free but not me and i just came for working not making friends]
