Disappointing - Anonymous employee Woodward Employee Review

Every year benfit prices keep going up while service goes down.bonuses are going away (unless your in management) Way to many supervisors and managers who are constantly in meetings talking about what needs to be done instead of actually doing it. Raises are not great. Kind of depressing talking to some of the employees who have been hear for years and talk about how great Woodward used to be and how much they used to value there employees. Our current CEO is all about profitting for himself while he slowly turns Woodward into just another corporate American job
