Pros
Salary is average for industry, opportunities to do work outside of ones expertise (personal growth), some really nice colleagues
Cons
Terrible management, faculty teach classes without any expertise or knowledge in subjects they just show interest in the topic, TA’s run the school and there is very little support for international students, way too many teaching hours - 5 classes per professor each semester, workplace politics is worse than any other university, “Deans of colleges” and department chairs typically only have a masters degree and came from low level industry jobs, the education level provided to students is very bad, no room for growth or promotions, no funding or support for research. This school is owned by a family and they only care about money.
