Friendly staff but un-supporting senior leaders - Human Resources Administrator Worcester College Employee Review

The team I worked with were fantasic, warm and wonderful to be around. The College itself is beautiful. Everyone here takes great pride in contributing to the College. The grounds team are absolutely brilliant- so much of their efforts and passion can be seen in the beauty of the gardens. The Provost is wonderful and is really changing the College to better suit and reflect the times we live in. No aspect of the College and it's teams are lesser than each other- it really is a harmonius environment to work within, anyone would thrive here! There's a real sense of nurture and helpfulness here. The food is absolutely delicious- almost feels too good to be true. There is a wide range of incredible food option that caters to all dietary needs and ensures staff and students are looked after well. Overall, my time working at Worcester College has been my most pleasant working experience. It will be hard for my future employers to top.

I wish my contract at this College was permanent.
