      Senior leaders have no intrinsic desire to improve culture, all initiatives are tick box type moments in time that amount to very little,

It is unfortunate to hear that during your time with Worcester College that you felt feedback was not acted upon. We have recently undertaken a Staff Survey and are working through the responses to this and will be feeding back and gaining input from staff on putting their suggestions into actions, including through a staff voice forum.
