The work itself is pretty easy and honestly leaves you with a lot of free time, The good clients are rewarding.
Cons
90% of the people you work with are the lowest common denominator American with a double digit IQ, Toxic positivity from many in the team, management is useless I genuinely don't know what they do all day. Office is a nightmare to work at due to it being a cramped, shared space. It's also a dog culture which I hate but might be a plus for you. Pay is mediocre and not worth staying at for the long run.
