      Easy work but mismanaged

      Pros

      The work itself is pretty easy and honestly leaves you with a lot of free time, The good clients are rewarding.

      Cons

      90% of the people you work with are the lowest common denominator American with a double digit IQ, Toxic positivity from many in the team, management is useless I genuinely don't know what they do all day. Office is a nightmare to work at due to it being a cramped, shared space. It's also a dog culture which I hate but might be a plus for you. Pay is mediocre and not worth staying at for the long run.

      Remote work, flexible scheduling, generous pto

      Cons

      Hostile work environment, mistakes are covered up with paid reviews. Recent review was made by an employee asked to leave to review as they work to get honest reviews removed. One manager doesn’t know anything about his job…the one the previous reviews mentions and the other manager creates a negative vile workspace. Very toxic and backwards place to work. Beware! Also horrible benefits.
