great members and some good staff
Cons
- high turnover, people leave a lot and people are fired easily - low pay - managers trip on power - micromanagement - a lot of gossiping from management - no training - little progression opportunities - staff are treated like they don't matter, rather than being valued - expected to work from 8.30am-5pm with a half hour break. That's not legal - no maternity leave - a lot of dodgy stuff goes on - no flexibility for some staff but managers get so much flexibility - managers working late which sets a bad tone and expectation for employees
