      Majority of people are nice to work with.

      Cons

      When I worked there, HR reveals your confidentiality when discussing issues. Reward & promote men for doing nothing, Question women when if they are not performing 120% Not family friendly if you decide to start a family if you are a woman.

      There is huge opportunity for the people on board! Good culture and flexibility. I think the future is bright.

      Nothing specific, some of the usual corporate challenges are there but I've worked in places far far worse.
