      - great company culture + lots of ambitious teammates to learn from - onboarding academy with the whole leadership team investing lots of time - ongoing training opportunities to develop all relevant and even complementary skill sets - mentorship program - career progress plans - very transparent career path

      - culture is very fast pace which is not a fit for everyone. You constantly get held to highest standards

      – Zero benefits – Toxic and abusive environment The toxicity encompasses even the recruiters who are not just scattered, uniformed, and concerned only with themselves, but who also actively engage in bullying and gaslighting.
