1. A true example of intolerable, biased, double faced Culture 2. Company's only faith to folks born and brought up in Maharashtra, apart from them everyone is a fool and has zero sense 3. If you are a good candidate and are not willing to join due to company reputation, they will bribe you with 2x salary, make you join, take out all the juice out of you & ask you to leave with a very annoying smile at their faces. Also, being concerned about the already spoiled image in the market, they will give you 2 months of salary to keep you quiet when they ask you to leave ( due to the most lame reasons in the world) 4. Every Month, company has a different goal and vision which keeps you in a dilemma throughout 5. Every few month, 5-10 folks are fired and the only reason they have is a cultural fitment ( after ranking them as the best performers recently and giving them multiple appraisals due to extra ordinary work ) . But, as mentioned earlier the juice is all out, its time for someone else to be fooled 6.Biggest Non performing Asset of the company is the founder himself. He has no clue where the vision and mission is being hampered. Will text you at 4am asking you to share some numbers which makes no sense. Every few months, he hires some consultant to double check the current situation of the company. 7. Please note all the recent reviews of april were written by the call centre team who moslty got some incentives for this! 8. Senior Management will first harass you and then portray a totally different thing behind your back to the founder who just knows the fact " Jai Maharashtra" 9. Non ------------Infinite Kilometers---------------Judgemental culture - This is what they say!!!! I feel like laughing out loud rolling on the floor listening this. Go and ask the senior management, how's the weather today? You are being judged to the next level.
