Pros
There is no micromanagement and if you are able to work remotely you have a lot of control over your own schedule. Managers are all extremely nice and welcoming. They don't demand too much of you and really trust that their employees will get their work done. I feel as though I have been trained well and am appreciated as an employee. I have seen some other WPG reviews comment on poor training. Even with the training being online, I have had zero issues! At least for my position, it was all pretty straight forward and easy to understand. Some of it was self taught, but again it did not feel stressful in any way. :)
Cons
The company largely consists of remote employees, so you have to be OK with this when accepting a job with WPG. I have not found it to be an issue in my role. The line of communication between managers and employees is still clear and consistent.
