A toxic environment. Favouritism is rife here but it changes from year to year so you sit back and watch the new favourite swan about all smug and then boom! it becomes their turn to be knocked down! Most of us experience this during our time at WPO. Pay rises are non existent even if you get a promotion! They are disgustingly bad at paying the counsellors invoices. 'Some' of the Directors at WPO are seriously bad sinister people who don't have any intention of caring for or developing the members of their teams, instead they spend time feathering their own nests and trying to trip you up and take part in the heavily applied blame culture in the organisation. If you want your soul, confidence, and resilience crushing to a wafer like consistency then by all means work here, but if you have any self respect please don't accept a job here. A final warning! The CEO has a very bad habit of drawing you in, making you feel like he genuinely cares about how you are getting along and if you have any worries or concerns. DO NOT believe him, it's a trap, if you even dare to mention anything that worries you, he immediately switches attitude, shouts at you, tells you that you are negative and then holds it against you until he gets one of his evil flying monkey's to make sure you are so miserable you just leave or gets rid of you for some sham of a reason . It really is like working with a bunch of high school bullies
