Pros
The individuals are absolutely wonderful to work with and each division feels like a tight knit community. There are several perks such as internal professional development workshops, company-wide mixers, great resources, company raffles, and education reimbursements, which is very rare for a non-profit.
Cons
There isn't a lot of opportunity for growth from entry-level to middle-level, and middle-level is almost nonexistent. While your work schedule can be flexible, workloads are overwhelming for many. Annual raises are the bare minimum. Management is not very diverse and they could use some diversity and inclusion training.
