Pros

Telecommuting from home. Assigned accounts for better client development...

Cons

Terrible technology...Amadeus always having issues. Makes your job very difficult to do. Management does not back up the agent and the customer is always right (wrong!). No support on accounts. Must figure out system on own. No technical support for telecommuters.

Pros

No goals to meet or real oversight I could work as little as I wanted to each day as pay is the same since no requirements

Cons

The manager didn’t manage the agents who didn’t take calls so the rest of us had to keep taking on more and more. He made excuses when asked why others weren’t held accountable.

Pros

Great teams and work groups, good benefits, not doing the same thing over and over keeps you on your game. They give you all the tools you need. Overall great company

Cons

Can be a little high pressure at times, have to use PTO for almost everything. Pay could be better.
