Pros

Manufacturing and engineering teams are the only reason this company is miraculously surviving. Great people to work with. (Manufacturing/engineering teams) Awesome product.

Cons

Dysfunctional, money hungry, blind leadership with no awareness of whats really going on. Signing and creating contracts without telling the customer the company does not have the capacity to support the “promised” product. Which in turn ends with late completions and lack of product quality. Lack of funds. Late paychecks. Unstable supply chain. Horrible documentation making any job 10x harder. Very big pay gap between leadership and the ones that make it happen. Lack of organization. No sense of direction of what to prioritize to have a stable product. CEO has a silver tongue, no idea how people still decide to invest in this company. Rare career advancement opportunities. No inflation raises. No accountability. Leadership chews more than they can swallow. No deadline accuracy. Lack of formal training. High turnover - people dont last long here once they realize the smoke and mirrors. “Culture and Life” balance only applies to a selected few. Great at gaslighting during all hands meetings. People are too scared to speak up and talk about the real problem. Beating around the bush. Those that are real and talk get targeted as the bad person and get let go.

Pros

Exciting tech, great people. The benefits were competitive.

Cons

There are some major design flaws in their system architecture that prevent the Stratollite from delivering on the stated promises of true maneuverability and station keeping. The CEO lied to the entire company back in 2020 before laying off over 70 percent of the company.
