Pros

The absolute best part of working at WorldSprings is the people. My coworkers were exceptional—supportive, hardworking, and genuinely cared about each other and our guests. The team culture at the ground level was collaborative and positive. We truly worked together to create great experiences, and the camaraderie made even the toughest days manageable. The day-to-day work itself was meaningful, and I appreciated the opportunity to make a direct impact with guests.

Cons

Unfortunately, the toxic culture from the top significantly undermines what could otherwise be a great workplace. Leadership decisions often felt disconnected from the realities on the ground, and there was a noticeable lack of support and trust from upper management. Communication from the top was inconsistent, and employees were frequently left to navigate contradictory directives without clear guidance. The environment created by senior leadership fostered stress and uncertainty rather than empowerment and growth. Talented team members left regularly due to the challenging culture, which impacted morale and operational consistency.
