      beautiful place to work, and wonderful teammates. great benefits for full time employees.

      Cons

      communication is very limited, and operational updates often come after deployment of new procedure. leadership tends to minimize employee concerns and suggestions to maximize profits. standards for employee conduct are not applied unilaterally. every summer they are absolutely inundated with bees in and around the cafe.
