Pros
Working at WorldWide HealthStaff is amazing. I am under 40 years old and I do have a brain, (if you come in you can see my degree collection) but not necessary to work at this company. An employee cannot ask for a better company to work for. Our management is supportive and caring. The work environment is vibrant. If you enjoy laughing while working, then WWHSS is the place for you. We have a diverse environment, which opens your mind to different views. In regards to the former employee who negatively reviewed this company, bless your heart. The CEO and any employee at this company will go above and beyond for anyone. If you are not happy in a position, management allows you to openly express yourself and will help you find the position that will make you happy. There are flexible hours, and honestly we are always celebrating in this office, rather it be a small milestone or an employee's birthday. You do not need to be a bible thumper (forgive me for repeating that phrase because it is offensive, and no educated person would use that) At WWHSS we have employees from all different backgrounds, and there is no judgment for any religious or non-religious beliefs. WWHSS is for people who want to make a change in people lives. You can ask for a better company, because we make people dreams come true. WWHSS has thousands of candidates that are thankful for the work that is done by WWHSS. There is nothing unethical about this company. There is no reason to know employment law, even though WWHSS does know employment law, but there is no laws being violated.
Cons
The downside to working at WWHSS is the weight gain, because we are a family and we celebrate everything and we have potlucks almost weekly.
