Disconnected/out of touch management-The departments I worked in had either non-existent management or it was toxic
Recruiting Department specifically-leadership has very high expectations with little to no guidance and does not provide any additional assistance, so you're left to try to figure out what they want you to do to improve. It felt as if you had to try and read their minds to figure it out. VP of recruiting specifically nurtures a toxic and petty work environment.
High turn around rate-most people leave in less than two years, sometimes even less than a year
Outsourcing-USA team works closely with team in the Philippines, but departments and jobs have moved entirely overseas
Low morale-while coworkers made working here worth it, there was always an underlying down in the morale in the company
Stress-very large caseloads and high expectations to be met with little support, at times it felt like every man for themselves
