Pros
Some managers are flexible with your work schedule when you have personal business to attend to and/or have an illness. That's about all positive I can remark on.
Cons
Highly discriminatory environment; toxic is not strong enough of a word to describe this employer. If you are not from Indian descent you will not survive there. Women are least tolerated. This is culture based management. Everyone is afraid to speak up because if you do, you will lose your job. I've never spoken to a single person who doesn't operate from a fear based emotional degradation. In the 2.5 years I was there we had a turnover of 28 people. And that's in an office of only 24 people. They do not pay competitive wages and literally pay you by the minute. That is no joke. Don't waste your time here. There is no room for advancement and no raises. Management is the poorest I've ever worked for. They hold titles, but they are not managers and could never survive outside of this culture based environment. You'll be wasting your career away if you go there. Do yourself a favor and avoid the personal trauma, and degredation you will experience. It's really not worth your time or the hassle.
