      If you really can't get a job elsewhere

      Cheap, the management goes to great lenght to find your fault and then not give you increment and bonus. Management just changes things just to show people up top they are doing their job, the change that they introduce doesn't make any sense. Even if you do extremely well in your role, you don't get anything in return, the management's philosophy is that people are replacable

      Good people, easy to work with. Good pay. Great benefits. Job security for people who are willing to stick around, and do a good job.

      Cons

      Doesn’t pay quite as much as some north slope jobs.

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
