Pros

It is a large multinational company, you may get opportunity to work on large projects.

Cons

The work culture is like a sweat shop. Your efforts may never be recognized. There is a big disconnect between middle management & top management in Australia. Most of the visible opportunities are provided to Australians. Very poor project management systems & Employee Reward System, Some of their systems are obsolete, they dabble into many types of businesses, but have failed miserably on many occasions with lot of embarrassment & financial losses.

Good people, easy to work with. Good pay. Great benefits. Job security for people who are willing to stick around, and do a good job.

Cons

Doesn’t pay quite as much as some north slope jobs.

Pros

Great to get more experience in different areas

Cons

Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
