Pros
Management is great. They might get a little impatient with new hires, but they do effectively teach you the car business. Outside of the owners, they are very understanding of family issues.
Cons
The pay plan is based on old school car selling. The owners are very out of touch with the company and abuse a lot of their personal demo vehicles. Their children are unruly and disrupt business on a regular basis.
