      Good pay, nice 9-5 hours

      Cons

      Was hired right out of school but was fired when the new group of kids from school showed up. High turn around rate for sure.

      Pros

      Pizza on the last Saturday of month... Some of the co workers. That's about it

      Cons

      Not very good at training new hires. Not fair to all employees... Some get handed deals while others starve. It was a depressing environment to work in. The owners really are out of touch with the business. Managers and salesman come and go because they can see the writing on the wall. Sales have been a steady decline since change in sales management. Pray that don't have to sell one the owners demos, because they are slobs

      Some Great, Some Awful

      Pros

      Management is great. They might get a little impatient with new hires, but they do effectively teach you the car business. Outside of the owners, they are very understanding of family issues.

      Cons

      The pay plan is based on old school car selling. The owners are very out of touch with the company and abuse a lot of their personal demo vehicles. Their children are unruly and disrupt business on a regular basis.
