Pros

NONE! The founders are immature and greedy, the team members are arrogant, and you will always feel like you have to keep proving your worth to them, else you will be terminated.

Cons

When I joined this company, it seemed too good to be true, and very soon I figured that it was a facade. These people exploit their employees, and when they find a replacement, they terminate you without warning. Not just that, I never received my full salary and inspite of working non-stop for 9-10 hours a day, they deducted my salary because of "quality issues", which they never shared any proof of. This was before I was terminated without a warning, and then the horror continued, because they delayed paying my dues for more than 45 days (which is the legal limit in India), and after pestering them continuously, they again deducted 20% of my salary, without proof again. Please don't work here, they don't deserve your hard-work or your commitment, they're only looking for shortcuts to "make it" in the content business and have no respect for experience, human values or just plain ethics. After going through this work experience and everything that came with it, I'm pretty sure the company is bankrupt, so your career will be in jeopardy anyways. Look for other job offers, there are other places that value their employees like one should.

Pros

Friendly and supportive colleagues. Good learning opportunities with exposure to different responsibilities. Fast-paced environment where you get to take ownership and learn quickly.

Cons

The biggest disappointment was how my exit was handled. After I had voluntarily submitted my resignation, the company informed me that my separation would instead be recorded as a termination based on probation performance. This felt unnecessary and left a poor impression. Regardless of business decisions, employees deserve a respectful and transparent exit process.
