Pros
I enjoyed the fast pace and the chaotic environment, there were so many learning opportunities presented. Everybody is very friendly and welcoming. Most of the employees are hard-working and knowledgeable, and they employed people from all walks of life.
Cons
High turnover, issues ignored until they become a big problem, a “good ol’ boy” management team, promises broken by management, management talking down to their staff or avoiding them. The management was toxic and kept themselves stop segregated from production staff. They took all the praise and none of the blame.
