Pros
Generally the people are good to work with. For me personally, the work that I do is challenging. High profile clients.
Cons
Compensation is terrible. No raises in 5 years. Computers are old. Executive management only gives lip service to solving morale issues. Executive management has no interest in day-to-day processes and how to improve efficiency.
