Pros
The best thing about working at Wyndham is the wage/time with your family ratio. They have a very competetive salary while working 30-45 hrs per week. Some other great features are 401k, tuition reimbursement, discounts at hotels/resorts/theme parks/restaurants, dental, health, stock options, etc.
Cons
Software and IT department is lacking. A lot of programs, pay plans, etc all are being utilized prematurely before the bugs are worked out. Most informations is shared too little, too late.
