Pros

Wyrick Robbins really does care about their employees. They offer perks like free food and incentives to stay with the firm and do increase your performance.

Cons

I worked for a major rainmaker who had anger issues and a seriously terrible attitude. When he would find a mistake I made, he would call me into his office and pound his fists on the desk while yelling at me. Because this was considered feedback from my boss, I could not leave the room. I stood by the door in fear of my own safety thinking he might hit me or throw something at me. Thankfully, he never did. I had been on the job only a few months when he fired me. I should have quit and saved him the satisfaction. Oh, wait, he didn't fire me. He was recovering from hip replacement surgery. He had HR fire me. I was sure to tell him about his treatment of me, but I doubt anything happened b/c of his status in the firm.
