Pros

Most of the people who work there are okay. Many talented and knowledgeable employees who are good at what they do.

Cons

I’ve stood by for many years before leaving this review. It saddens me to see other recent reviews that back up my experience there. A prominent “rainmaker” attorney is habitually abusive to their staff and creates a hostile work environment for those who work for them. They probably cross the line to more serious conduct on many occasions. The firm has allowed and enabled this behavior for upwards of 2 decades or more. They deserve to be called out for this. It’s very troubling that this person is still employed there. I could list more, possibly illegal behaviors by this person towards those who work for them but hesitate to do so here. What I and others have said should be enough. I feel it’s important for aspiring paralegals or legal assistants to understand what they could be getting into. Think of your “security” if you are applying for a job. Interview and quiz other employees carefully before accepting a position. This person should no longer be enabled.
